How does it work?
- We offer a full consultation with the planners, clients and vendors that are all involved with the event.
- Our Digital Video Meeting calls are done at the comfort of the clients and conducted with the client once all details are finalized with service providers ( Special day or night calls can be arranged and the client does not require their video to be turned on).
- If the cinematography is part of the package , we provide detailed lighting scenarios , photography shot locations and complete scene scenarios from start to end of the event, The lighting scenarios and event details are shared with the vendors to be replicated.
- If the client is happy with the final details that they have planned in real time with us. High Quality HD to 4K Photorealistic renders of the events along with relative video shots are created and supplied to the client and planners alike to be replicated on that special day.
- If Virtual reality and Augmented Reality is included the client can test or walk through the scene as if they were really there. ( Note this may require us to do a personal onsite visit with client or via digital methods. )
- A custom webpage will be hosted by us on the site with password protection for your clients to access and use.
- Note if the event planners have specific custom equipment that needs to be digitized or replicated this would be at a additional cost as indicated by the custom pricing plan selected.
